We ask that you come 10 minutes before class, so you can settle in, and enjoy the space and be ready for your practice

We leave this to your discretion, we recommend bare feet or grip socks. In kindness we ask you to be mindful of your foot hygiene, and reserve the right to have a gentle conversation if there are any concerns.
