Together we
Root, Rise, & Radiate

Ra Body was built on a simple belief that movement is most powerful when it is shared. We are a community of people who show up with intention, move with purpose, and hold space for one another through every season of practice and of life. Here, the mat is a place of transformation, and the room is a place of belonging.

Our mission is to make sacred, intentional movement accessible in a space where the body is honoured, intuition is trusted, and the connections formed go far beyond the studio walls.

Whether you are just beginning or returning to yourself, Ra Body is here to meet you exactly where you are.

THE CREATION

Why Ra Body Was Created

Ra Body was born from a deeply personal place. A body that had been asking to be heard, and an intuitive wisdom that could no longer be ignored.

After experiencing a significant back injury, founder Salma Allam discovered something that would shape everything that came after: the body, when met with patience, intention, and the right guidance, has an extraordinary capacity to heal. That discovery did not just change how she moved. It changed how she understood herself.

Guided by her mentor Julie Boyum Peterson and rooted in the discipline of Pilates, Salma began to see movement not as performance, but as conversation. A dialogue between the body, the mind, and something deeper, sacred.
