STUDIO POLICIES

Welcome to Ra Body. We are honoured to have you as part of our community. To ensure a sacred, respectful, and safe environment for every member and guest, please read and observe the following studio policies.

1. Respectful Conduct

  • Ra Body is a space of intentional wellness. We ask that all members, guests, and visitors treat instructors, staff, independent contractors, and fellow participants with dignity and respect at all times — in the studio, in common areas, and through all communications.

  • Ra Body reserves the right to refuse service, remove a participant from class, or revoke membership for conduct deemed disruptive, unsafe, threatening, or disrespectful to the Ra Body community.

  • Harassment, discrimination, or abusive behaviour of any kind toward staff or members will not be tolerated and may result in permanent suspension without refund.

2. Footwear & Studio Etiquette

  • Please remove outdoor footwear before entering the studio floor. Shoe storage is provided near the entrance.

  • Practice in bare feet or grip socks — we leave this to your personal discretion.

  • In kindness, we ask that you be mindful of foot hygiene while in the studio space.

  • Please silence all mobile devices before entering class. Photography or video recording within the studio requires prior written consent from Ra Body and all individuals present.

  • Please arrive 5- 10 minutes early. Out of respect for instructors and fellow participants, late entry may not be permitted at the instructor's discretion.

3. Noise & Personal Belongings

  • Please be mindful of noise levels in all common areas to preserve the calm environment Ra Body is designed to offer.

  • Storage lockers are available for personal belongings. Please do not leave items in common areas or on studio equipment.

  • Ra Body is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings on studio premises.

4. Hygiene & Health

  • For the health and well-being of our community, we ask all participants to practise good personal hygiene.

  • Please wipe down any shared equipment or props after use with the materials provided.

  • Members are responsible for informing Ra Body of any injuries, medical conditions, or changes in health that may affect safe participation. This includes completing or updating your intake form in Mariana Tek.

  • Ra Body reserves the right to decline participation to any individual whose health or conduct may pose a risk to themselves or others.

  • Ra Body is not a licensed medical care provider and cannot provide medical advice, diagnoses, or treatment of any kind.

5. Booking & Cancellation

  • All class bookings, cancellations, and account management are handled through your Mariana Tek account at rabody.ca or by contacting hello@rabody.ca.

  • Group Classes

  • A minimum of 12 hours notice is required to cancel a group class booking.

  • Late cancellations (less than 12 hours) will result in loss of class credit and a $15 late cancellation fee charged to the card on file.

  • No-shows will result in a full loss of credit and a $20 late cancellation fee.

  • Private Sessions

  • A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel a private session.

  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will result in full loss of the session credit.

  • 5-private session packages are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase

  • 10-private session packages are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase

6. Memberships, Packages & Refunds

  • All memberships, class packages, and single sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable. No exceptions.

  • Memberships are billed on a recurring monthly cycle. By enrolling, you authorize Ra Body to charge your card on file each billing period.

  • Members may cancel their monthly membership at any time by contacting hello@rabody.ca. Cancellation requests must be received before the next billing cycle to avoid charges for the following month.

  • 5-class packages are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase.

  • 10-class packages are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.

  • Single sessions are valid for 1 month from the date of purchase.

  • Expired packages cannot be extended or refunded. No exceptions.

7. Online Booking — Mariana Tek

  • Ra Body uses Mariana Tek as its official booking and membership management platform. All members are required to create a Mariana Tek account to register for classes and manage their membership.

  • By creating a Mariana Tek account and booking with Ra Body, you agree to Mariana Tek's applicable Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, in addition to these Studio Policies.

  • Payment information is stored and processed securely through Mariana Tek's payment system.

  • Ra Body is not responsible for technical issues arising from the Mariana Tek platform. For platform support, contact Mariana Tek directly.

8. Class & Service Participation

  • All new members must complete a waiver and intake form prior to their first session. These are available at the studio or through your Mariana Tek account.

  • It is your responsibility to select classes appropriate for your level of fitness, skill, and physical ability.

  • Please inform your instructor of any physical limitations, injuries, or health conditions before each class.

9. Intellectual Property

  • All Ra Body class content, programming, materials, audio, and visual assets are the sole property of Ankh Body Inc. and are protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property law.

  • Materials may not be reproduced, distributed, filmed, or used in any form without the express written consent of Ankh Body Inc.

10. Modifications to Policies

  • Ra Body reserves the right to revise these Studio Policies at any time. Members will be notified of material changes by email to the address on file in Mariana Tek.

  • Continued participation in Ra Body services constitutes acceptance of the current Studio Policies.

11. Governing Law

These Studio Policies are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia.
