Salma Allam

Senior Classical Pilates | Yoga | Meditation | Sound Healing | MELT METHOD | Private & Group Teacher | Founder

Salma is a dancer turned holistic movement expert whose own journey through pain and healing became her greatest teacher. Born in Vancouver and trained in New York City, she weaves together a rich tapestry of modalities: Pilates, Yoga, Meditation, and Sound Healing each shaped by profound personal transformation.

Her training includes a 500-hour Yoga Certification from ISHTA (Integrated Science of Hatha, Tantra, and Ayurveda), 600-hour Comprehensive Pilates Certification, MELT Method level 5, and additional certifications and trainings in sound healing, meditation, yoga nidra, Ayurvedic lifestyle, yin, and restorative practices.

Salma's approach is deeply intuitive: she believes freedom comes from listening to the wisdom within, and that true practice isn't about the pose or the goal, but the freedom found along the way. Her mission is to create a sanctuary through movement, helping people unlock their own intuitive wisdom and find freedom in mind, body, and soul. Outside the practice you can find her running on the sea wall or enjoying a good meal.

Don’t fit your body into the pose, fit the pose to your body.
